Ben R.HVAC service - RecommendsOct 2023
“Prompt, professional, and honest service! They work very clean and organized and were very knowledgeable. We live in an older house that was having heating and cooling issues, and they pointed out a few things about our system we had no idea would affect it. We ended up getting a new outside unit and it was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend! Our cats liked them too.”

Quick answers for homeowners comparing repair, maintenance, installation, and local coverage.
Yes. We offer free estimates for HVAC services. A technician can assess your needs and provide a quote at no cost.
We emphasize personalized customer service, energy-efficient recommendations, transparent pricing, clear explanations, and reliable work.

We install Goodman furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps and Navien tankless water heaters, and we service all major brands. We size and recommend equipment to fit your home rather than upselling whatever's on the truck.

Yes. Elevated Heating and Cooling is a licensed, bonded, and insured HVAC company serving Niles, MI and the surrounding Michiana area.
Most systems benefit from regular maintenance. Tune-ups help identify issues early, improve efficiency, and support longer equipment life.
Note what the system is doing, whether heating or cooling is affected, any noises or odors, thermostat settings, and when the problem started. Those details help the technician prepare for the visit.
Yes. Comfort issues are not always caused by the main furnace or air conditioner. Duct sizing, airflow restrictions, thermostat placement, controls, and ventilation can all affect performance.
Estimates can vary because equipment size, ductwork, access, system age, electrical requirements, thermostat needs, indoor air quality goals, and efficiency priorities differ from home to home.
Routine maintenance, clean filters, properly programmed thermostats, sealed or improved ductwork, correct equipment sizing, and timely repairs can all help reduce wasted energy.
